As the buzz of December wears off its time to defrazzle and if you’re doing dry January like me, it is also the perfect time to cleanse your mind, body & spirit.

Friarwood wine & spirits have sent me out some flavourful de-alcoholized Noughty wines to try and it was the perfect time to have a girls get-together and share the distinct flavour of Syrah grapes, from dryland farmed vineyards in Darling, South Africa.

Friarwood are currently running a ‘Find your Oasis‘ campaign and celebrating the art of mindful drinking. Noughty will also be hosting in-store tastings every other Saturday, in both of Friarwoods’ locations which I will list below. If you’re local they are well worth a visit.
